Triumph Abuse by Telling. Take any kind of Abuse Seriously! Be KIND to yourself. RESPECT yourself.
Honesty: be honest with yourself and others. Truly see what ‘that person’ is showing you about whom they really are.
Talk to someone you trust, authorities if necessary. Seek expert advice.
Execute an action plan! Be responsible in your actions and accountable for your decisions! You’ve got this!
