Time Magazine Cover & ME, my book & my message!

Hello dear helpers,
Time magazine announced their “cover of the year” and I am thrilled with their choice of “The Silence Breakers.”

I am appealing to all of you with sincere hopes that my book,”Because I Didn’t Tell,” my (and my infant children’s) journey through hell at the hands of a ferocious abuser, and most importantly the gems I leave at the end of each chapter of: “I now forgive myself for…” and a “Pearl of Wisdom” will gain the attention that it truly deserves…with the sincere purpose to AVOID this from happening to anyone else and to guide readers to safety and to help them find PEACE.

I AM A CANADIAN!! THIS NIGHTMARE OCCURRED IN NORTHERN ONTARIO!!! I HAVE REMAINED SILENT AND SPENT 34 LONG YEARS HEALNG FROM THE HORRIFIC EVENTS THAT CHANGED MY LIFE (and the lives of my daughters) FOREVER!!!

I FOCUS ON THE FIRE OF COURAGE FUELLED WITH FAITH THAT WAS IGNITED FROM THAT BRUTAL RAPE, AND THE INNOCENT LIFE BORN FROM IT.

“COURAGE IS FAITH IN MOTION; LOVE IS THE FUEL!” This is my message.

I speak publicly to encourage others who have experienced violence, bullying, isolation, etcetera to TELL of their experience…YES…but not to get plunged into a new drama of revenge. “REVEAL TO HEAL,” is my slogan. To heal yourself from wounds that have been buried deep within our bodies and our subconscious that sneak up through nightmares, PTSD, anxiety, migraines, recurrent UTIs, ovarian cancer, breast cancer; the list goes on as our bodies and minds are not “at peace,” or “ill at ease.”

YES, it is time to break this SILENCE!
YES, this centuries-old unacceptable barbaric behaviour MUST END!

YES, it is time to TEACH about and emphasize VALUES of:

Human Kindness
Respect
Equality

And immediate, severe punishment (with no statute of limitations) for those who ABUSE must be enforced.

The time for positive change and the journey to HEALING begins NOW!

I am primed and ready to publicly share this passion with listeners, readers and viewers GLOBALLY!

I trust in each of you, and your enthusiasm, to move forward fearlessly with this timely appeal.
